We can't say it's cheese!!

(Sorry I haven't updated in forever, I want to start again!)

Anyways, today I bring you something incredible! We went to Whole Foods Market in Chandler and we hadn't been there in a few months, so there was so much new stuff! We saw Daiya in it's retail package (It's $5.99 for 8 oz is anyone wanted to know, I wanted to know.), we saw the new Gardein Trio meals, which look great, the So Delicious coconut milk in the new quart boxes, Amy's delicious new macaroni and Daiya cheese (SOOOOO good by the way, but over 500 calories. Eek.) and finally we found these:

They are Wayfare Foods "We can't say it's cheese". We saw these, and we were like "WHAT ARE THESE?" There is a Hickory-Smoked Cheddar-Style Spread, Cheddar-Style Spread, Cheddar-Style Dip, and Mexi Cheddar-Style Dip. We decided to try the:

Hickory-smoked spread and the Mexi cheddar dip. We got some organic wheat crackers to try them with. First, we'll start with the Hickory-smoked spread:
This stuff is delicious!! It's a nice firm spread that goes great with crackers. It has a great smokey flavor and a nice sharp cheddar taste. This really reminded me of the smoked cheddar from the booths in the mall at Christmas time that I loved in my omni days. It's seriously good. Soy free, wheat free, and dairy free, and made out of oatmeal! It doesn't have any weird fake cheese taste and I would recommend it to anyone who likes/liked the taste of a smoked cheddar cheese.

Next we tried the mexi style cheddar dip:
This one wasn't AS good because I think I like the texture of the spread better. The dip is thick, but is thinner than the spread obviously. The flavor of this was a little strange, at first I couldn't put my finger on it. But then I thought of it! I don't know if anyone has ever had the frozen meal called "Rockin tacos" but it tastes very similar to the filling of the little taco pockets in that frozen meal. (I used to eat them all the time as an omni...) It's not really spicy at all, but it has a mexican flavor. I prefer the spread, but this is pretty good too.

After trying those two, I really want to try the other two! The next time we go to Whole Foods, I'm definitely getting more.
